17. How can you insert an audio clip in a presentation?
Ans: Steps to insert an audio clip in a presentation file are:

22. Write down the process for inserting Page Break.
Ans: Steps to insert a Page Break are as follows:
Step 1: Place the cursor where you want to start a new page.
Step 2: Click on the Insert menu/tab.

23. Write short notes on the following:
a) Upper Case - Upper Case changes all selected text into capital letters.

24. What do you understand by Slide Transition?
Ans: Slide Transition is a visual effect that appears when one slide changes to another slide during a presentation. It makes the presentation more attractive and smooth. It Makes slides look interesting and professional and helps in smooth movement from one slide to another keeping audience engaged.
Steps to apply Slide Transition:
Step 1: Select the slide in the presentation.
Step 2: Click on the Transitions tab/menu.
Step 3: Choose any transition effect you like.
Step 4: Adjust speed if needed and apply.

25. What do you mean by Speaker Notes?
Ans: Speaker Notes are short points or extra information added to a slide to help the presenter while giving a presentation. They are not visible to the audience during the slideshow. Speaker Notes remind the speaker what to explain on each slide and help in delivering the presentation confidently.

26. What is RDBMS?
Ans: RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) is a type of database system that stores data in the form of tables (rows and columns). Each table is related to other tables using common fields called keys. It helps in storing, managing, and retrieving data easily.
RDBMS reduces data duplication and keeps data organized and secure.
Examples of RDBMS are MySQL, Oracle, and MS Access.

27. Write down the process for transferring data on the Internet.
Ans: The process of sending data on the internet is as follows:
  • The data is divided into small equal parts called packets.
  • Each packet is given a small information label called a header.
  • These packets travel from one computer to another to reach the destination.
  • At the destination, the packets are checked. If any packet is missing or damaged, it is sent again.
  • Finally, all packets are joined together to form the original data.
28. Write short notes on the following:
a) Web server - A web server is a computer that stores websites and sends web pages to users when they request them through the internet.
b) Dial up - Dial-up is an old type of internet connection that uses a telephone line to connect to the internet. It is slow in speed.
c) WiFi - WiFi stands for Wireless Fidelity. It is a wireless technology that allows devices like mobiles and computers to connect to the internet without using cables.

29. Explain the different types of Charts.
Ans: 1) Column Chart: It displays data using vertical bars. It is used to compare values between different categories such as students’ marks or monthly sales.
2) Line Chart: It shows data with a line connecting points. It is useful to show changes over time like temperature or profit growth.
3) Pie Chart: It displays data in a circular form divided into parts. It shows percentage or proportion of each value.
4) Bar Chart: It uses horizontal bars to represent data. It is used to compare values clearly.
5) Area Chart: It is similar to line chart but the area under the line is filled to show data volume.

30. Write down the steps for creating a table in Open Office application.
Ans: Steps to create a table in OpenOffice (Writer/Impress):

31. What is database server ? Explain Primary key and Foreign key.
